The whole experience so far when dealing with connect Fibre has been seamless and very professional. All staff from Mark ward ,who initially knocked on our door, informing us of the availability of full fibre in our area. To the installation team Connor, and Naill. Both very polite friendly and helpfull. Made great efforts to make the job neat with the majority of the cables hidden from sight.there was a third engineer, sorry ,forgotten your name, but the same excellent service.we had a telephone query and was put through to a real person almost straight away, who was very polite and helpful. The difference in our broadband speed is an absolute game changer. Will be definitely recommend to friends and fairly.
