I was having problems connecting a new printer to the WiFi so Falon was in the street fixing a wire to a pole and I went out and asked him about it. He kindly said he would come and help when he had finished what he was doing , which he did and he sorted the problem . He was extremely polite and I particularly appreciated him giving up his time on a Saturday.

Good when it works. Terrible when you need support. I a getting close to the end of my 18 month contract. At the start support were quick to answer calls. They would call straight back if an email was sent. They would follow up calls to see how support tickets were progressing. It used to feel like quality personal support. Sadly now emails get replied to once a day, maybe 2 if you are lucky. I spent 28 minutes waiting for the call to be answered this morning, gave up after 15 mins yesterday. I am 3 days into a problem. Day one, please reboot your router, replied to say i had but problem remains. Day 2 they said factory reset your router, replied to say i had, they said when should i call you, replied with a time. No call, and i couldn't get through to support and gave up after 15 mins. Day 3 waited 28 mins and got through to support, who updated my ticket to say troubleshooting complete and now passed to second line. You can make your own mind up if you think that is service you would be happy with. After 17 months my verdict is that i won't be renewing next month, which is a shame as when it works its good.

Ordered this product as soon as available at a good price and no incontract price rises. Comms have been good throughout. Engineer arrived on time, was approachable and friendly leaving no mess and taking shoes off when coming inside without any request needed. As part of the install I ordered the 3 mesh Linksys nodes and these were all set up for me too. Later on I received a phone call to ensure everything had gone OK. Fantastic service. I understand these are one of the smaller providers on the market please don't drop these standards as you grow.
