"Dont use"

We started with Fibre Connect last Monday and cancelled the contract that Wednesday (3 days later) no signal, lack of help, all the customer services could do was blame their engineers for not doing a proper connection. Our broadband signal was as low as 11mb and didn't go above 30 at best. We went back to our provider and our signal is now 60 mb. Still trying to get our router etc collected though. I just want to forget our time with this company.

was being kept informed at every stage and if I needed to speak to someone the advisors/customer service staff were knowledgeable, friendly and gave me the overall impression that they DIDN'T think I was an idiot! Thank you!!
