Connect Fibre 1000mb Hypersonic installation.
After previously having Sky broadband at an average speed of 14mb, the step up in speed is ridiculous.
Besides the speed, the service offered has been second to none.
On installation day the engineer literally followed me round the house testing the connection speed in each room. Even waiting whilst I connected my wireless printer to the desktop for a test run.
In their own words - They simply wouldn’t leave until I was totally happy and satisfied.
Following on from this I’ve already had a follow up call from the U.K. call centre to double check all is well. Then a further email to book in an Engineer at my convenience to test the system has bedded in and to see if any tweaks will assist.
Compare this service to the big providers. It’s worlds apart.
And for those ruled by cost- Connect fibre are literally pence per week more expensive than Virgin. However with no price rises in my contract- the big providers will up their costs come April by rpi plus a load. Meanwhile my costs are fixed.
Cannot recommend enough. Both for the product and service.

Still not satisfied with this company, after seeking advice for advice this company is breaking the law and guidance issued by government for the installation of telegraph poles.
The company is not co-operative and still appears to be refusing to remove the pole which is detrimental to my property and area generally.
I have now got an appointment with my local MP to discuss this situation in more detail. I have found the whole situation very distressing the company appears to do what it likes without regarding for the local community or legal obligations for the installation of digital infrastructure.

"What a lovely friendly young lad"
What a lovely friendly young lad. Falon Bray was our engineer to connect our fibre. We hit a problem earlier with the first engineer not being able to access a lamp post due to parked cars, he did all he could to try and resolve this situation by knocking on doors and he rang me to explain and he would try and come back later if I managed to get in touch with a neighbour.(Sisquo Blake Engineer)
I contacted customer services and they confirmed the internal instalation could go ahead. When Falon arrived he knew the situation and then realised there was another lamp post. He got this tested and was able to climb the lamp post and sort what ever he had to do and the full installation could go ahead. Falon went above and beyond to sort this without having to arrange another engineer visit so we could connect today. Amazing service from customer services and to the engineers.

At the beginning we had to wait for all the infrastructure was I'm place from placing our initial order but any questions we had you just had to WhatsApp them and they would get straight back to you,we had it installed over a few days ago only took two hours the installers was neat and informed us all about the app and after a few minutes of connecting it was up and running with no problems yet,thanks connect fibre

Had an excellent call today from Jam who really went out of his way to explain what his company was all about and what excellent deals were on offer. I can't wait to sign up when the service becomes available in my area in a few weeks.
