Install completed today the engineer was courteous and left everything clean after talking us through the router. Courtesy call this afternoon to check all ok, explained how to download the app, run checks on the app and asked for a convenient date for the direct debit to be taken rather than it just come out when I least expected it. Excellent service from ordering to install regular updates. Current upload and download speeds are 940mbps which is amazing. Just waiting for my phone number to port next week to take advantage of the phone package they do. Highly recommended

Although I am getting the advertised speeds near to the router they drop considerably in other rooms, to much lower speeds than I was getting from my previous non fibre connection. The signal is also regularly dropping out which is very frustrating. The only solution offered has been to increase the cost to me, when cost was the primary reason I changed to Connect in the first
place.
Update Customer Services from Connect gave been in regular telephone contact with me since my initial review. The issues have been resolved and the internet speed is as expected with no additional cost

First contact was on the phone with salesman Ace, he gave me all the information I needed without being pushy. I then used emails to contact him and he responded almost immediately! Sorted me out a great deal too! Looking forward to my installation

"Booked in installation - engineers then advise they don't service my area"
Had a note through the door advising fibre was being installed in the area, registered but heard nothing for months. Got an email advising I can pick my package and an install date would be available shortly. Did this but didn't hear anything about a date, logged on one day to contact the company and saw that I could book an install, booked this in (was a month wait) engineers turned up on the day and knocked several times, each time with a more confusing story. Firstly they couldn't thread fibre from the exchange, then they mentioned that the ports were owned by BT and Virgin and that they don't touch those. Then they asked me about a completely different address. It turns out they had done a 'pre check' the day before on an address un related to me over a mile away. After a lot of confusion and waiting around they advised they couldnt install. I contact customer service who took over a week advise they don't have infrastructure in this area - complete waste of a day
