I haven't actually got fibre yet but the customer service has been excellent. The advisor I spoke to was friendly and patient and I had a lot of questions! I'm planning on signing up anyway :)

Was able to get through to quickly on the phone and was given very friendly help and advice in solving my connection issues with wireless. Was told to call back if I had any further issues of any sort with their services and they would be glad to help.

After booking my installation date I was kept well informed with progress as dig work was needed to supply a duct from the pavement to my property. This was all done promptly and with zero mess afterwards.

The install was done quickly and professionally and the service has been great. Even when I had a query about the speeds I was receiving the customer support has been excellent with all UK based support staff who are reachable through numerous communication methods.

My speeds are now averaging 900mb as opposed to 45mb on my old fttc service.

Could not be happier. From start to finish the service has been brilliant. Friendly and approachable. Customer service is fantastic. Can’t speak with someone straight away, not a problem they call back within a very timely manner. Was getting 31mbps and now able to get at least 700mbps! Unable to get fibre in our close and Connect Fibre has resolved the issues that we have been having for years and why other provider cannot do this is beyond me!
