Having spotted a good deal for a preorder on Gamespot UK I figured I'd give them a go because I've not used the retailer before.
Having preordered during the early part of Monday morning, I was beyond disappointed and annoyed to find my order had in fact been cancelled 6-8 hours later without notice because THEY gamespot uk had made a pricing error. I responded to customer service and and was essentially told they can pick and choose why they do and don't honour customer orders based on THEIR pricing errors because I the customer agreed to their standard T&Cs. So, I've ended up with no preorder, no product and a finger being pointed to T&Cs, not even a gesture of goodwill for the time of mine they have wasted!
A terrible first shopping experience with gamestop UK and my last.

I've ordered a few items from GameStop as I've gotten tired of the poor support and slow/incompetent shipping of "the worlds largest" online retailer that ends with -zon.
I had ordered a game from A-zon and waited three days and they hadn't even dispatched it yet. I decided to cancel that order in the morning and order from GameStop instead. Not only was the price slightly lower but I received the game (Witcher 3) the very next day. I also bought my PS4 from GameStop a few months back. I had some questions and they responded to my query in less than an hour through email.
I'm incredibly happy with gamestops quick and efficient service and they will be my first port of call when buying games.

Gamestop have what seems to be the best deal in the world for Dualshock 4 controllers in the non-jet black colours. I can never catch them in time before they sell out though so I wish there was a way to pre-order or reserve one on the next delivery.

Ordered a console bundle for myself. Gamestop was the cheapest around at the time of shopping. Console was delivered within the time frame although I was given conflicting information from the courier company that they use.

Very reasonable prices for the quality of product you are receiving and would recommend to anyone interested in gaming.
Only small downside i can say is the delivery time.

I bought a game in the evening of the 15th of April and then found it cheaper elsewhere an hour later so I asked for a refund, and the morning after I got just that. So I was impressed with that fast they dealt with me.

This was my first time every ordering from GameStop UK and I ordered a PS4 Bundle they had on offer. Ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and arrived on the Thursday afternoon. Parcel was recieved within 48 hours of ordering. I can safely say don't hesitate to order from them and I will be sure to purchase more gaming goods from them.

"Expect low standards for the low cost"
Ordered a PS4 two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. The delay was chalked up to the lack of stock in their warehouse, to which I have to question why I could still make the purchase if there was no stock.
I was going to give them 2 stars as the customer service correspondence was generally helpful, but their lack of company policies to help make up for mistakes (i.e expedited shipping / some form of compensation) and the fact the customer service only operates between 8 am - 4 pm, has contributed to my parcel being delayed four times longer than the estimated delivery time.
Overall, my shopping experience has been abysmal, and I can only wish that when the console does arrive, it is in working condition or I would have more to say.

I pre-ordered Bloodborne in good time, expecting to get it for launch. It's now 2 days late and there's no post on Sunday, so at best it'll be 3 days late.
Should have coughed up a couple of quid more and bought from Shopto, or a store in town.
Won't use again, certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.
