Quality has gone down lately for the price point. The stitching is also not clean. i wont be repurchasing. Better sticking to loro piana, cucinelli, zegna

This is one of my absolute favorite brands! Over the last four years I have gotten five pieces from them and the whole experience has always been flawless. Quick deliveries and amazing products. I still wear every single piece I’ve ever gotten and following the brands care guide all of my sweaters still look like new. I also want to give some extra points to the brand for the packaging which makes every order an experience to unpack. If you don’t have a boyfriend turtleneck yet, do yourself a favor and get one!

I honestly now believe this company is a complete scam. I placed an order which took literally weeks to get here (even taking account for Christmas period delays). My return has taken 3 weeks for them now to inform me that because I made a mistake on the returns form they are returning the whole order (worth 2k) back to me when I only wanted to keep one jumper!!!!

It's impossible to contact them and they don't respond to emails. Absolute disgrace of a way to run a business.

"Terrible quality with high charge for return"

Cashmere top arrived and was incredibly see through, even with a nude bra. The quality was overall very disappointing. When I tried to return it I was told it would be €15 just for the return. When I offered to just send it myself (as this was significantly higher than what it would cost to send the item), I was told that I would still need to pay €15 as a processing fee even though I wanted to return the good for not being the quality advertised.

"Great quality but poor customer service "

After ordering with Soft Goat on the 12th of January I have to admit I got a bit worried. Just like the last review writer, I received an email about the package shortly after my order (the 15th). However, until today it did not update, still stating that the order was yet to be received at the delivery company. I tried to reach customer support but could not reach them. Then today all of a sudden I get a message from the delivery company that the order is to be delivered today and I did indeed get my order today. The items are very beautiful and of the high quality that is promoted (alpaca o neck and skirt).
Poor customer service and delivery times running a little long, but items do get to you and are of to be expected quality.
Felt the need to share this honest review.

"Terrible customer service and shipping"

Terrible customer service and shipping. Order got stuck in customs, sent multiple emails to inquire about status and did not hear back at all. Had to contact DHL myself to figure out what information lacking and my shipment was delayed for over 2 weeks. Would never shop with Soft Goat again and DO NOT RECOMMEND
