I recently had to make a return on an item I bought for my daughter for her bd. Unfortunately it ran big and was past the return date. I called and explained the situation and Emma was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating.

"The worst"

I stumbled on Vici a few years ago after my sister had raved about them. At first it was great! I was rarely disappointed with what I ordered. HOWEVER this last about year or so has been an absolute nightmare. I am on a never-ending loop of trying to spend the same $120! It think it's awful they are holding my money hostage!! Here is what I have experienced:

- Received wrong item
- Not received item
- Damaged item
- Poor quality
- Incorrect color description
- Incorrect sizing description
- Unable to return items due to being declared final sale during return process but not declared final sale at time of purchase

This company is going downhill fast and I think they know it

WARNING!!! Do not buy clothes from here!! The cheapest made clothes you will ever buy. Got my shipment of a huge lot of clothes. Some looked amazing on the website for a good price. Longer items that looked like they cover your butt were short. I’m only 5’5’’ and weigh 145lbs. The quality is what’s got me. Thin, almost plastic like. Not comfy at all. Will never shop here again.

My first order with this company was very smooth despite the long time it took for the items to ship. My order was fine, the items fit and looked the same as on the website. However, I ordered the Charlene corduroy dress in Orchid, which, on the website, is hot pink - a hot purply pink, like an orchid. What I received is far from the colour as pictured on the website. It has been one week since anyone has gotten back to me about my complaint. I have sent two emails which have not been responded to. Really? Your customer service takes 48 - 96 hours? One week and two emails later, still no answer. Not pleased, especially since I also had to shell out $40.00 in duty for an item that does not look as pictured. Don't think I will be ordering from this company again

"Terrible business practices"

Their clothing is nice but I DETEST the way this business is run. 1. No refunds!!! Store credit only. In this day and age, this is INEXCUSABLE. 2. No way to save anything to "favorites" or "wishlist" 3. Never provide any info on shipping times so no way to know when you'll receive the item. 4. Extremely slow shipping - takes forever to receive. After getting stuck with a store credit for items I received that didn't fit (warning: everything runs small) and finally finding something to use it on, will never order from this company again.

I use to love this company but they really have gone down hill. They are telling me its going to take over 8 days to process an order for shipping, so I will not get any of the items for the weekend vacation I ordered them for. They are saying this is due to their labor day sale, but 8 days?? Do not order from here. They must have had a change in management. Terrible customer service.
