"Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life"

I barely ever write reviews, but the experience I had with Vici deserved one.

I placed an order with them, and within minutes I emailed them to cancel the order when I saw the USD convert to CAD as it did not state at checkout that I was being charged in USD. No response. Send a follow up, no response. A week later, the order gets sent, and the same time someone finally responded saying 'sorry, it had already been shipped.'

I asked for a return label to send it all back once it arrives, and when they eventually do respond after weeks of silence, the so called 'return labels' they send me ALWAYS open up into a page that says 'this page does not exist.' I have screenshotted that for them, and and now I am getting ignored entirely. No responses at all no matter how much new tickets I open up.

To top it all off, I got hit with a $306 duty fee when I specifically wanted this order cancelled.

I will be opening up a ticket with my bank to dispute the charges and will be reporting this business to the BBB. These 5 star reviews on trust pilot are absolutely fake. There were also missing items in my order, and the quality was awful for the price you're paying. Worst experience to date shopping online. Order VICI8358558.

I received a defective item in my most recent order. I contacted customer service, and Jennifer S. became my point of contact. She was great-- extremely responsive and provided a quick solution to the issue!

"Fake reviews contaminating Trustpilot"

Most of the Vici reviews here seem fake. For the first time I am starting to doubt what I read in trustpilot. I think this particular store from china found the way to do fake reviews here. The BBB has almost 90% of bad reviews and loads of complains of this company and Trustpilot has exactly the oposite … almost 90 % positive. I really like Trust Pilot and they have been spot on with ratings and reviews until now. … too bad.

"I paid for priority 2-4 day shipping…"

I paid for priority 2-4 day shipping for this to arrive for my baby shower but it did not arrive. It has been 7 days and still not here. Vici refused to do anything at all.

I recently dealt with Jennifer S. from the customer care service department. She was very helpful and quick with her response to the issue I had encountered with a wrong size being sent to me. All of the Vici clothes I ordered are made with great quality and the price point is appropriate. Will continue to shop here due to my experience.

"I really tried to like this clothing company but…"

I really tried to give this company my business. Warning- you can’t return items for a refund just store credit! To use the store credit during check out is so hard! Its almost impossible! The clothes all fit different so its very hard to not be able to return! If a sweater is super itchy or fits tight you can’t return for your money back! My advice- if you like this style go to Lulus! Their customer service and returns are amazing and the clothes are worth every penny! If a company only does store credit beware!

"Ordered a top"

Ordered a top. I wear a medium/large in most items. Since this top I wanted had no stretch, I took the XL thinking if it was too loose I could alter it. This XL was literally the size of a small. The issue is I needed a label and only received a Fedex code. Realizing I needed an actual label or just the address to ship the item back, I send multiple emails with no response and then I called and was on hold for hours. So god forbid you actually need to speak with someone here, GOOD LUCK. Some of their clothes are nice but it's just not worth the hassle when you don't even get refunded, you only get a credit.

Cassie made my whole experience with Vici simply amazing she was knowledgeable and efficient. I've ordered from Vici many times but this was my first experience speaking with their customer service and they did not disappoint. If only all companies had people like Cassie on their staff!
