Influencers who market this brand beware. Ordered a matching set under one purchase order. Size charts way off so it was too big. Ordered exchange which they approved. Dropped off and one piece was no longer in stock so only offered to refund one to original payment method and then store credit for the other piece - and created a separate P.O. for the one item left in stock!! If this is remedied I will revise my review. First time w VICI and NOT happy

Terrible customer service! I contacted them when my VIP 30% coupon code wouldn't work because of a glitch. I tried multiple times to place my order and it kept giving the same error message. I explained that I had over $600 of merchandise and if they could provide me a new code to try and process my order with. The response was whoops sorry you missed out, look out for it next time when we send it to all of our customers, we have nothing to provide you with right now.
What??? What kind of customer service is that, I have spent thousands of dollars there between the last 2 years and shared Vici with my sister, friends and Co workers, who all shop there now too!! Well they not only lost my $600 sale, they lost a customer for good, as well as I'll be sharing with my friends and family too...DONT SHOP HERE! Now a days customers want to spend money where they feel appreciated for supporting a company. Very sad how Vici got so big and forgot what real customer service is.
