A good online outlet but beware that some radio controlled clocks (TFA Dostmann 60.2553.01) only show German time. Other than that, a selection of good quality products.

They've sent me worng items and then refused to refund. Very poor customer sevice and brazen attitude. I will no longer buy from this fake company. This will be my first and last order from them.

"Sent wrong item, won’t do anything to facilitate return"

In November I ordered a set of hex keys from Sotel. A few days later a parcel arrived from Sotel, containing a hammer, not a set of hex keys.

I sent dimensions of item to return, yet no return shipping was arranged and the hex keys still haven’t been sent.

PayPal won’t refund as the refund conditions state that I must return the goods at my cost, despite this issue not being my mistake.

It’s obvious from email comms that the agents don’t read previous email comms as they often ask for info that has already been provided.

I’d avoid Sotel for even the simplest transaction as there’s minimal backup in the event things don’t go to plan. Cheap isn’t always best.
