Told me time and time again delivery had been signed for but not my signature and they didn’t even know how to spell my name totally refused a refund or a replacement

I bought a phone from Sotel and it was faulty. I was told that I should pay to return it via UPS and they would refund me (after being given incorrect information to return it by Evri - who do not accept items including mobile phones). Sotel received the phone back, are now claiming it is not faulty, and have refused to refund my shipping - and are not replying to emails.
