"WOW - the best Customer Service Ever "

I ordered a monitor from Sotel it was delivered in good time & in excellent condition. Unfortunately it wouldn’t fit in a purpose built housing. I asked if I could return it (expecting a no sorry - if it’s not faulty we won’t take it back - or at the very least a 30 percent re-stocking fee). Without question Sotel agreed the return. Once received back they immediately refunded the money in full including the carriage & also gave £3.99 as gift.

Excellent Service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them & will definitely buy again.
