"Worst Product Experience and Customer Service"
I initially purchased the grill and the full grill table in November. I received the grill pretty fast but they delated the table deliver almost two month after my purchase. When I received my grill table, the boxes had holes in them and when I tried to put together the table, I noticed the metal ends were mangled and were was damage on many of the thrill table pieces. I tried reach out to their customer service and they have been absolutely horrible! I explained that the boxes the grill table came in were damaged and I could not send the pics back to them without them being picked up. Several days later, they told me they set up a pick up date for the grill table and told me I need to put it in the box and put a label on it. Obviously, they weren't listening to paying attention that they sent me torn boxes which I cannot use to send their table back. Their customer service is absolutely horrible with getting back to you and they pretend like I am the problem. I will never again deal with Schwank grill and I am not recommending them to anyone.

I love this grill. I use it several times a week. It cooks my steaks perfectly. I will never cook a steak another way. 100% recommend this to anyone that likes steak as much as I do.

"Love the grill, but ignitor failed!"
Love the grill, but ignitor wire disconnected. So I have to light with a BBQ lighter. Thats when I noticed the unit is riveted together so I cannot pug it back in without voiding my warranty. Repairs with shipping would take over a month to repair. I use the grill daily and travel so keeping a big box around is not an option.
