Siamo arrivati in Thailandia lunedì 24 marzo e dopo 2 giorni mio marito presentava un dolore e un gonfiore alla caviglia destra e poiché non passava abbiamo consultato un medico locale il Dott Samboo che ci ha indirizzato all'ospedale di AO nang perché sospettava una trombosi venosa profonda dovuta a stasi venosa per il viaggio aereo. All ospedale di AO nang è iniziato tutto l'iter per arrivare a una diagnosi. Eravamo preoccupati e ci sentivamo smarriti ma l'assicurazione Columbus ci è stata vicina e ci ha seguito in tutto il percorso rassicurandoci e aiutandoci h24. Ci hanno coperto tutte le spese mediche e hanno trasformato il biglietto aero in business class a mio marito per il ritorno un grazie a tutto lo staff e in particolar modo a Simona, Valeria e Alessandra e al dottore che è stato sempre disponibile. Per la loro competenza consiglio la Columbus assicurazione a tutti coloro che sono in procinto di intraprendere ora o in futuro in viaggio. Un Grazie Giorgio e Raffaella
