Keen price, good range of options, used them several times, they were helpful on the only occasion I had to make a claim (after getting my pocket picked in Bari).

They do seem rather orientated around air travel, and vague on what cover is provided for other travellers. My wife and I travel around Europe by rail and while there is a lot about flight delays and cancellations in the policy it is less clear about what would happen if there was disruption to trains (say, to the Brussels - Vienna sleeper rather than to a flight).

Durante un recente viaggio all'estero (Moldavia), ho avuto un improvviso problema di infezione dentale.
Dopo essermi sottoposto a urgenti cure in loco, al mio ritorno ho chiesto il rimborso delle spese effettuate.
Ho fornito verbalmente all'operatore tali spese che ho anticipato all'estero e dopo pochi giorni ho ricevuto il bonifico di 45 euro come d'accordo.
In questo caso non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto.
