la sconsiglio assolutamente, non rispondono al telefono ore di attesa, non rispondono alle mail, menomale che non sono partita per Miami, nel caso avessi avuto bisogno mi avrebbero lasciato in panne.
Ho spostato la partenza ad ottobre e in quella data mi rivolgerò ad una compagnia che almeno mi risponde al telefono

Columbus Direct seems like it provides good cover, but I had a terrible experience when I attempted to make claim. I tried to claim on a plane ticket to Tel Aviv because Israel is now requiring all travellers to enter into a two-week quarantine upon arrival. Obviously, it doesn't make sense for me to take a 5-day trip to Israel when I will have to spend the entire time in quarantine! My policy specifically states that it covers cancellation that is 'due to being the subject of quarantine'. Since I am not currently quarantined in the UK, however, Columbus Direct says that it will not accept my claim. I believe that the wording of the policy is misleading at best. I will not be renewing my policy with Columbus Direct.

Buongiorno voglio scrivere questa recensione per dire che Columus direct si e rivelata una azienda seria in un momento cosi delicato della
nostra esistenza.... ho dovuto annullare purtroppo non per colpa mia ovviamente il mio viaggio....due giorni prima della partenza ,ho chiesto il rimborso della mia assicurazione che avevo fatto stipulato con loro e prontamente mi e stata rimborsata.
sicuramente per i miei prossimi viaggi continuero ad assicurarmi con questa compagnia.
