Have been taking Columbus insurance for a number of years now and it is a very simple process with a great level of cover. I never had to make a claim to date so I cannot comment on customer service or the claims process, hence I have given 4 stars.

"Ill informed company surrounding corona virus"

Could not tell me whether the countries I am visiting are insured in the current climate with Coronavirus. I am due to visit Hong Kong & Bali in August and neither of these places are on the FCO website for no travel zones. You’d think a travel insurance company would know the countries they are currently insuring. Didn’t give me any answers after I’d paid for the policy, so I cancelled and went elsewhere.

Pessima esperienza, ho viaggiato sempre assicurandomi con loro, la prima volta che ho avuto bisogno si sono dimostrati pessimi.
Prima di tutto le lunghissime attese anche di ore prima di poter parlare con qualcuno e in più la poca gentilezza e disponibilità una volta riuscita a prendere la linea.
Purtroppo ci hanno annullato ieri il nostro viaggio per l’India causa Coronavirus, ovviamente tutti ci hanno rimborsato tutto tranne loro. Si tengono i soldi di una assicurazione di cui non potremo usufruire per cause che dipendono da decisioni governative e non da noi.
Veramente una presa in giro.
Ovviamente io e i miei 7 amici non stipuleremo mai più un’assicurazione con loro.
