"Nothing Claimable on Travel Insurance"

On lost money/travel documents. Max claim £150. Excess £100. Makes it basically pointless.

Had a nightmare of a holiday including cancelled flights which disrupted holiday, broken down car and lost passport. Total claimable amount? £0.

Not Useful. However they were nice on the phone and were only enforcing the policy details that I could have read more thoroughly beforehand. But who has time to read every T&Cs of insurance.

Buongiorno, io dovevo partire oggi per un viaggio a Tokyo che ho dovuto annullare perché mia figlia di sette anni si è ammalata. Avevo stipulato una assicurazione Columbus, ma li sto provando a chiamare da venerdì scorso insistentemente al telefono ma resto ore in attesa (e quando scrivo "ore" non è in senso metaforico). Ho scritto loro anche una mail ed una pec.... niente... non so come comunicare con loro....
