Purchased a cobra reflex bag and received it. Unpacked all the boxes to find no instructions to build it and check if all pieces are there. It looks very easy to assemble. I messaged them to say no instructions had come just to give them the heads up for future purchases by anyone else. No response which kind of concerned me. I resent my message and again no response. I have unsubscribed from their website.

I am hugely satisfied with the service. I have been working with RDX for several months now and have to report that their equipment is value for money. Despite I was unlucky with a damaged product. The damaged product was replaced very quickly and without hesitation.

I have purchased from RDX a few times it’s always went smoothly this time the parcel was a few days late ( courier issue nothing to do with RDX ) but I contacted them due to no courier updates spoke with Harold and he raised an investigation with the courier and with in 24 hours the parcel was on its way again Harold Kept me updated until it was delivered and then even emailed to make sure the parcel was received. I mean just superb customer service from Harold and just a consummate professional and the item I got was focus pads really good quality as always from this company.

I went online to purchase a sauna suit, which shows as part of the Black Friday sale. It showed the price reduced from £42.99 to £23.99. Once I selected my size and added it to my basket the price went back to the original. I started messaging Nadine Spencer on the web chat, who originally said we only have Black Friday sale on one sauna suit and sent me a link. This suit was not part of the original list I saw when first browsing. I then questioned why on my end there are four different sauna suits available and even after refreshing my website page it still shows them on say for 44%.
She then informed me that the Black Friday discount is not applied for the item I selected, which I question why is it showcased online for this price if it can not be brought for this price. She apologised and offered me a 10% discount. This is where I started to lost faith in this company being completely legitimate, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just wanted clarification on why its and other are being advertised online at one price but nearly doubles as soon as you put it in the basket.
Nadine said that she has raised my concerns with the feedback team and stated that there is a technical glitch (more understandable) and that they will offer me the advertised price instead. obviously I agreed to this and questioned how I would be able to get this as its still showing full price. I was then told to order and pay full price and once that is done email them at info@rdxsports and they will refund the advertised discount. Now this is where they completely lost me and having seen reviews about trying to get in contact with the company and how poor their complaints team is. I didnt want to have to begin chasing them for a refund and have to deal with going around in circles to have the issue resolved. after voicing my concern I was told that we don't have any discounts available and this is the only way I can order the sauna suit for the price I saw advertised online.
