Was sceptical about free standing punch bags. Could have gone cheap on Amazon but so so glad I didn’t.

This punch bag is high quality and super functional.

"This is the worst experience I have…"

This is the worst experience I have had. I ordered my bag and arranged for delivery for Friday as I was working Saturday. Friday came and I was only delivered the base. I was only given one tracking number. When I called them Friday to advised the actual punch bag was missing, the guy I spoke to advised that it is in two shipments and the actual bag would arrive on Saturday. I took the day off and waited all Saturday, no delivery attempt was made (we have a doorbell camera). When I called on Monday, I was informed that I need to go and collect it from COVENTRY depot. I explained that there was no way I was going all the way to COVENTRY and carry home a 150kg punch bag
I explained need to send it out otherwise cancel the order. They then offered to re-send the entire order along with 2 free gifts and asked for a time. When I provided the time slots, they didn't send a new punch bag and instructed they were just going to send the free gifts and that I would still have to collect the bag from Coventry. I refused this. Eventually they stopped replying to my messages. I thought I'd try speaking to Yodel to see if they can do anything. Yodel advised that they couldn't deliver because the person has moved. I haven't moved, I've always been there and home. They instructed that I can't collect from Coventry as they have sent the bag back to RDX. I am currently down £168 and still have no bag!

Edit: RDX have done everything to try and resolve this. And finally just yesterday I recieved my missing suction cups. Since this review the team have been flawless in trying to rectify the problem. I finally have my fully functioning punch bag and a couple of T-shirts for my troubles.

Ordered a heavy bag kit and unfortunately the mitts were missing. Customer services immediately got another set sent out. No back and forth just straight to putting an issue right. Great stuff very happy and will definitely use again.

"the belt hurts "

The belt hurt my rips after 10 minutes of training. Though the quality looks good it doesn't FELL good at all. Customer service wasn't helpful.
Tried to convince me, I'm the first one who reported that kind of difficulties with the belt. They send me the money back. That's all. Thought I found a new brand with good low price products. Was very disappointed.
Not recommending this for any serious athlete.

I bought the blue apex gloves and headguard only after a few uses the lining in the gloves all ripped got them from a company called (Train inn). already had a bad problem with rdx over 10oz apex gloves that we later found out were 16.4 oz. i have to b honest here people the gloves look nice they come in a nice box with a nice little bag but i have found the quality of the stuff is not good. I am stuck now with the head guard because if i buy more gloves they will just go again its done my head in to be fair.
