"Excellent Customer Service and Communication"

I ordered a couple pairs of gloves from RDX. When the package arrived, there was only 1 pair in the package. I reached out to the customer service team and requested the 2nd pair because I needed them for a trip in a week.

The customer service team managed to find a pair of gloves that replaced the ones I ordered (the ones I ordered were out of stock) and managed to get them to me before I left for the trip. 5 stars for customer service!

"Bad Quality Headgear and Customer Service Experience"

I purchased a headgear that started splitting at the seams within probably 5 uses (light sparring, no additional tears or misuse). The problem only continued to get worse, so I reached out to customer support to see if they could help me with what I assume is a defective product. They didn't do anything to help me other than offer a 10% discount, because it was purchased over 3 months ago (it was not used I'm immediately after purchase). I sent in photos and talked to multiple customer service reps with no genuine care for a bad quality product or making things right with a customer. They did not stand by their product, so I will not be purchasing anything from RDX again.

I bought an RDX lever buckle belt and used it for about a month. The leather design is beautiful, and the back support felt amazing, much better than my old nylon one.

Unfortunately, the lever buckle part ended up breaking after about a month.

After contacting the company and asking for a replacement, they quickly emailed me back, and offered to send me the part right away.

My replacement lever buckle arrived in less than a week. I will definitely be choosing RDX Sports again in the future! These guys have GREAT customer service.

I order a pair of boxing gloves for my sister’s first fight and we had a little issue as the 1st pair didn’t arrive but I emailed the company and a lovely gentleman called David white replied and was very polite he informed me the parcel was missing but he would send out another set 1st class I accepted and I received the gloves the next day.
They are amazing will definitely order again thankyou.
