I have recently become an investor with CrowdProperty and have been very impressed so far. The only problem is that on a couple of occasions I have spent an hour taking part in the webinar the evening before the investment goes live only to lose out on the deal. This goes to show the popularity of the investment opportunities and there is no blame on CrowdProperty for this but in future I’m not sure I want to spend an hour in the evening to learn about an investment I probably won’t be able to participate in. I think the webinar gives so much more information and feeling for the investment than a written description and a few photos so I am a big fan of this approach but it’s risks spending your time for nothing.

Twice this year, I have pledged within seconds of the pledge opening, only to have problems and not able to fully pledge. The first time, in January, I was politely given a credible explanation that they had experienced an unprecedented volume of interest and that the systems were being upgraded. The second time, again, I was unable to successfully pledge within 30 seconds of the pledge opening. This was considerably frustrating and somewhat irritating, so I asked questions, about what happened. Again, I received a detailed explanation of what had happened in that the technology had to separate pledges by literally parts of a second, to work out the order in which they were made. Within 2 days, a plan has been launched to allow more people to successfully pledge. I believed I may have been a bit harsh in my first ever trust pilot review, but didn't think it could be changed....or that anyone would actually read it. However, it appears that CrowdProperty not only listen to customer comments and monitor feedback, but also quickly put actions in place to improve..... plus take the time to keep individuals informed. I consider this to be excellent service, even though I don't yet have the product!

It's very popular so you have to be quick and it certainly emboldens the investor to do their due diligence and set out their own investment and bidding strategy.

But it's popular for a reason as the property experts approve and list great product with great rates. I’ve no doubt that this product will get better and better as more and more good property people see the demand and use them to raise their finance.

Run by an expert team of property investment professionals who are highly experienced at assessing and formalising projects to bring to the crowd, they have created an efficient, robust and user friendly platform to allow the crowd to deploy their capital.

After a successful 2018 with an absolute 100% payback record, i will certainly be continuing to use CrowdProperty in 2019 to deploy my investment capital in the array of interesting property investment projects that the team bring to the portal.

Having had two loans paid back in full and on time and three active, Crowd Property is an excellent marriage of communication, property expertise and security. It’s now absolutely my ‘go to’ investment vehicle.
Unlike most banks, the team at Crowd Property also work directly as and with investors, so it will be my first port of call on my next larger development.

"No investment limit prevents me getting involved."

I've invested in several loans here, but now find it difficult to invest because the loans are fully invested after only one minute or so. I have phoned to suggest a limit on how much an investor can invest in the first hour to allow more investors to be involved, but my suggestion has been ignored. Today's loan was 100% funded less than 2 minutes by only 57 investors at an average of over £5000 each.
Apart from this, no complaints.
