The type of investment can seem a little risky at first but once I did my due diligence of both CP and individual investments I quickly built trust - and a portfolio. My only wish is that they had more investments available and that they didn't get snapped up so quickly but i expect that will improve over time.

Updated 01SEP19 - I pleased to state that CrowdProperty has changed its platform to make it easier to re-invest and invest in new opportunities. Previously I had been put off by how difficult it was, but it goes to show how the company is making things easier. Lesson to myself and other investors, a company that's prepared to make changes to improve itself is worth tracking. I have therefore changed my review and increased my rating. Well done guys, you've won me over!

"Great investment opportunity"

This company has a good track record, but makes it clear that the investor has to undertake their own due diligence and recognise that there are possible risks in this lending. Having said that, they provide a great deal of information and webinars prior to an property becoming available to invest in.
The webinars are packed with information, although the delivery of it could be improved slightly with a more upbeat sound and varying the pitch. It would be good to see the presenters as well rather than simply listening to them.
