"I was happy to invest but contract fulfillment took too much time"

It was my first purchase and the contract finalisation took so long that I had to withdraw. Also, visibility on contract finalisation wasn't great. I will potentially look at getting back in the future but demand more visibility on what's happening with my money.

"poor communication"

I started invested with them because i have heard about the founder Simon's reputation. It seems to be a group of trust worthy people in the business and a solid business model. However i have to say the communication is so poor now i want to withdraw my funding and hesitate to invest with them again in the future.
I had some misleading information before on the phone regarding a project and would like to clarify. 3 weeks passed and i still have not been able to get hold of anyone or receive anything back either by phone or by email. I have attempted to contact them many times and there was never anyone responsible in the office and it makes me feel extremely insecure about them.
I am still waiting to hear back from them and feel insecure about the money i already sent and wish that i had not pledged to the project before.

I trust the people running this site, they have a lot of experience in property and they know what they are doing. Investing in their various projects is very easy to do and the projects are explained well.

The reason for 4 stars is because communication could be better once you have invested with them. Is the project going ahead? Has it started yet? Is everything running to schedule? Silence...

Also they used to offer 10% returns and now it's 8%. What happened to that 2% guys?

I got involved with this site because I love property with a particular love of old property investing in Hamilton Square. Crowd Property gave an excellent review of their project and I just took a chance with a small amount of money. I was then contacted to say that they wanted to give me my money back.....great because it was earlier but not so great that they are not going to pay interest for the full term should this happen again. I have been told that if this happens again they will not pay interests for the full term meaning how can an Investor know what the interest rate will be? I was greatful that the developer actually paid interest for the full term even though they pulled out early. Frankly I think that is the way things should be. Okay we lucked out because in essence we made more than was projected. Good for us - NO? Please CrowdFunding Property Partners let's continue doing really good projects and if they make more, then let's share in the proceeds.

Great success! 3/3 projects completed on time or ahead of schedule with excellent returns. Communication could do with sharpening up a little, otherwise no complaints at all.
