I have invested in several projects over the last few years, and have been impressed by the quality of the projects and the service from Crowd Property. Its a fantastic way to earn 8% on your money which is secured against the property. I always recommend them to friends and colleagues. Its a great way to be a an armchair investor in property.

Still very happy with the service provided. Investment returns of 8% as advertised. Professional service. Have invested in 7 projects to date. Always kept well informed on how projects are progressing. Excellent information provided on the projects and clearly protecting investors interests.
The only problem I’ve experienced is that the projects are getting to be so popular that competition to pledge is fierce and it’s difficult to get my pledge made before it’s fully funded in a matter of a few minutes.
Over all my only problem has been the company’s success in attracting investors and still having relatively few new projects . However I wouldn’t want them to take on more projects without carrying out their thorough vetting procedures.
I will definitely invest again. 👍

Disappointed with my interest as the borrower was able to pay back the loan early, halving the interest I was expecting. I feel letdown, I could have invested elsewhere. The time lag in returning my deposit only frustrated the matter.
