"Beware inaccurate sizing and impossible returns!"

I ordered a Game of Thrones Costume and selected a size according to the size charts provided. What arrived is at least two sizes smaller. It is so small I can't even get my arms up through the top and over my shoulders. It is also much lighter in color than the photos suggest. The quality of the primary costume (top and bottom) and boots is good but the accessories are absolutely terrible and ruin the costume. I inquired about returning and was told I'd be refunded (less the $40 shipping I paid) and that I was responsible for the return shipping. The company suggested using USPS as the cheapest. Apparently, shipping things back to China incurs massive taxes from China so sending the whole thing back would cost almost $100!! Such a waste of my time and money. Now my only option is to try reselling it.

"Worst quality"

Worst quality. Loose threads everywhere, poor assembly, even worse lines. I could tear the pants on the Thor Love and Thunder costume with 2 fingers. Horrendous. I own 5 Thor Cosplays and this is terrible for almost $300. Never buying from Simcosplay again.

"Accurate, quality cosplay"

The cosplay I ordered came with all the pierces as well as the extra items I ordered (like shoes and wig). Ordered a standard size that had my measurements and it fit perfectly. It is very accurate to the pictures and the movie. They were very quick and helpful at responding to my questions before I ordered it.
The only thing I would say is they didn’t update my order to let me know when it was being shipped or when it would arrive so it just turned up at my door one day, granted it turned up much sooner than I expected it to anyway.
One of the pieces is a little tight but other than that it’s very comfortable, and I honestly now love this shop and will be buying more cosplays from them in future.
10/10!

"Buyer Beware Costumes are defective and don't look like what they advertise"

I ordered a costume from Simcosplay in January 2022. It took over 4 weeks to arrive. The costume was defective and poor quality. The costume did not match to what was shown in the photos, an example fitted gloves in their phots arrived looking like inflated Mickey Mouse paws. Simcosplay would not return my emails. I had to file a claim with the bank. The defective costume was mailed back, costing me over $28.00 to return. Simcosplay did not honor their return policy, and my refund for return shipping has not been paid, it has been over 2+ months. Emails and notes on the FB page go unanswered. Check out the other reviews and the videos posted on TT.

I ORDERED A MANDALORIAN COSPLAY COSTUME FOR MEGACON IN ORLANDO 3 MONTHS AHEAD. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND TO DATE 5/2/22 HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. TRACKING INDICATES THE LABEL HAS BEEN ATTACHED. THE WELL PERFECT PAY WILL NOT RESPOND WITH ANY ACTIONABLE INFORMATION. TERRIBLE!!

I ordered 2 costumes 3 weeks in advanced and still have not received it… do not recommend if wanting a costume fast…. Very disappointed.

I ordered my Costume with very strange measurements because I am a male Crossplayer.But they had no problem doing the costume for me. They processed and shipped it very quickly. I recieved it in under 3 weeks after I ordered it. Recommend!!!

It took 43 days just to ship it and their 2145061182I ordered a Breath of The Wild Link costume. It was a 3XL male and cost me 203 and 117 for fast shipping. I ordered it September 2nd and it came today October 25th. The shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days but it took 12 days shipping! I’ll give them points on communication they are excellent with talking and refunded the difference for the shipping
