If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service Is awful. I ordered a costume in the beginning of May and I emailed them asking on the progress of my cosplay mid-May they sent me an email back May 24 telling me that they were going to have my items shipped within 24 hours they give me a tracking number for UPS but it was just a printed label they never shipped my package and when I questioned why it still hasn’t shipped they lied to me and told me that UPS was not operating as usual. When I got upset And called them out on their Lie because I had called UPS they told me that they were telling the truth gave me some more excuses and then sent me a tracking number for FedEx. The tracking number for FedEx was for California and said it would be to my house in two days I check again and it’s not shipped. I message them again on Facebook telling them I would like correct shipping info. They lie and tell me it is. I ask why it’s saying it’s coming from the California when they are in China and they give more excuses! DONT WASTE YOURE TIME! Still no accurate shipping info and no costume! I spent over 300 and I will never again purchase from this company!

"Worst Customer Service Ever."
The quality of the costume material was good, but the sizing was not good at all and I choose the tailor made option. The mid section and chest were far too big and the arms were too tight so I could barely move them. Another issue was it did not come with the mask, which I payed for and the snaps on the Straps either wouldn’t stay together or wouldn’t come apart. So I contacted Simcosplay and I expressed my discontent with the costume and wanted to return it to either fix the problem or just give me a refund. After a few emails back and forth I sent them pictures of the costume with measurements by it like they had asked and when they emailed me back they said, “ Based on the pictures you provided, I don't see anything wrong.” even though the midsection is clearly bigger than the measurements I provided. And when I pointed that out they said that they made it bigger than the measurements provided because “ You need to move when you wear this costume“. So they were essentially arguing with me about whether or not the costume fit right. As the person who actually tried it on I think I would know if it didn’t fit right. So after that email I took pictures of how the costume didn’t fit right and specifically told them that I either want it fixed or to be refunded and now it’s been five days and they have still not responded to me.
I am thoroughly disappointed in their customer service and would not buy anything from them again from them again for this very reason.

"Ordered a Lady Deadpool costume on Sept…"
Ordered a Lady Deadpool costume on Sept 12th. To date, still haven't received it. After multiple emails and messages, I filed a complaint with PayPal. They finally email stating that I need to cancel my claim with PayPal so they can send me the costume. I even paid for expedited service - why didn't they send it in September? Requested a refund.
