seems like everyone who has reviewed badly all got the tailored one im guessing thats the reason why they stopped doing it? i havent gotten it yet but having the reviews 50/50 results is not a big help for me it seems like they do good for some people and do bad for some people its just all luck and i guess i dont wanna take that risk

"Robin Suit"

I just received the Gotham Knights Robin suit. and from quality to fitting its pretty much on point. I saw no flaws in the costume other than a bend hand guard (which is easily fixable) and the the jacket zipper handle came off which is also very fixable. Tracking my order was easy, I got everything I paid for done right, and I can't complain. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants to cosplay.

"They are terrible for customer service…"

They are terrible for customer service and I had to send multiple emails and fight them. I ordered an Ahsoka Tano cosplay and paid extra for it to be TaylorMade but some of it was extremely too small like the leggings and wrist cloth. The shin armour was wayyy to big and lose, the material had crease marks in the centre which meant it would not fold around my legs. The headpiece was not stuffed properly and did not really fit well on my head even though they had my head measurements. They told me to just just a leg armour but there was no adjustment pieces like they said there were. The legging stitching was actually showing cos the leggings were that tight. I had to fight them to send me a new cosplay but they would only resend the headpiece and skin armour. The armour was still loose and creased so I'm unable to still wear it, the headpiece was even smaller and still not stuffed properly. I paid over a $100 for this cosplay and I still cannot wear it. They took over a month to send it to me the first time. Do not buy from these people

"STAY FAR AWAY"

An absolutely atrocious company with no customer service. I spent a LOT of money on a custom made Captain America cosplay suit, only to receive a poorly fitted, bottom-barrel quality material, terribly made costume with absolutely laughable accessories. When I tried to return it, I was told it was ineligible for return since it was "custom made" WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR and when I designed and paid for it that disclaimer was no where to be seen. Never, I repeat, NEVER use this company or its products. I wasted three days of pay on something I can never use and can't be refunded. 0/10

I have had several different cosplay outfits from SimCosplay and I have found the majority of them to be absolutely fantastic. Any flaws were a simple fix. They have attention to detail and you certainly get your money’s worth out of them. I highly recommend this company. No company is perfect. But they take effort and pride in fixing your issues and hearing your feedback.

Ordered 2 Spidey suits from them in August and as soon as they were shipped I got my tracking number from customer service, took around two weeks since I made the order for them to get to my house.
Regarding the suits, the size was exactly what I needed according to their size charts, the fabric has lively colors and they're very comfortable to be in.
Great suits for the price they offer them.

"Great Cosplay Site"

I am always nervous about ordering costumes from an online store that is abroad and that you do not know about the quality or size of the costume. HOWEVER, I have ordered from them 3 times now and not only are the costumes amazing quality and perfect in terms of size, but they came pretty fast and are priced fairly. They respond fairly quickly through facebook messenger and if you have any problems, questions or doubts about them, they will answer you as soon as they can. I highly recommend them and I will continue to order from them again, as you get a coupon when you order a costume. I have Captain America, Black Widow and Rey now. All quality designs and material. Plus they conduct giveaways on their cite and are very appreciative of the support from their customers. Highly recommend to anyone!
