I ordered a costume from them and not only did it arrive a week late half of it was torn and it wasn't the size I ordered. When I raised this with them they told me that it wasn't their problem as it had been delivered. When I asked for a refund they asked told me that they wouldn't do it. All in all, a very disappointing experience, you'd get better quality and customer service from wish.com.

I thought i’d have issues with the shipping because it's an overseas shop but it actually came within the estimated arrival date.

Saw reviews saying their orders didn’t fit them so I personally had mine tailored, sent my sizes and when it came it fit me perfectly!

I didn’t have the highest expectation for this, I ordered because they’re the only shop that had the cosplay I wanted. When my Ayaka cosplay arrived I was more than impressed, the quality of the cloth they used doesn’t feel cheap, the material is great quality and feels luxurious.

"Lady Deadpool.and Wolverine"

Just last month around the end of April I bought a Lady Deadpool and Wolverine custom full costume for my wife and myself. The costumes came in within about a month l, which is not bad due to customization. The quality is great and custom sizing is 85% correct but they need to know how to sew when it comes to the inseam and the neck area when it is a one piece suite by adding a stretchable fabric so when you sit down it doesn't feel like your getting choked. They also state that gloves are one size which shouldn't be. My wife is 5'7" and the glove size fit a 5ft female or shorter. Male glove also feel it's medium and finders on the thin side. They need to learn how to make US sizes. Boots for both female and male is one size short, so order one size bigger.
