They are scammers!
I paid for my order, and it didn't arrive. They told me I didn't type my address or phone number, and they lied because I did.
Now they are telling me that they will refund only 70% of my order. BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

SCAM COMPANY!! The first spiderman costume I received was for an actor who is quite small - he put it on and the head zip area tore. They told me it was my fault that I should have bought an XL for him!!
They agreed to give me a refund, however I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as a really important corporate event booked in early October and I needed 5 costumes and paid over $1,500 !! I asked would this be possible in this time frame and they took the order. Instead of the refund on the 1st costume I just asked them to prioritise this order and send by priority post. I stayed in contact with them every week checking that everything was going to plan with the order - and now, just 2 days before the event I got 1 line saying that due to the local holidays the costumes haven't left China!!! I've been emailing and emailing but they are ignoring me now. This is a disgrace. From other reviews it looks like what they do. There has to be some way to stop a company from behaving like this.

BEWARE!!! This company is located in CHINA. They will go silent on you if you ask for a refund. I believe I was just SCAMED. They take payment through PayPal so you have no recourse such as paying w/credit card. SMART SCAMMERS!
FYI: SHIPPING is $70 and 1 MONTH to deliver

What is it called when a seller makes false statement in order to entice you to purchase from them? Fraudulent Misrepresentation.
My wife and I were going to go as Aquaman and Mera for Halloween. In order to avoid issues with timing, I ordered my Aquaman costume from #simcosplay on August 14. I am a doctor and I have experience as an engineer, so I am familiar with how a tape measure works, however I am not a tailor. Not to worry, #simcosplay says on their website: “For size, we are very cautious. We will actively communicate with our customers to solve the size errors that found [sic] by our tailor. Make sure our customer gets costume that suits him/her.” That did not happen.
The costume that arrived was too small. It was made for someone at least 3 inches shorter and much less muscular than me. This was not due to any measuring error on my part, because the suit itself was smaller than the measurements I sent them, and if anything, the measurements I sent them were a little too big. So clearly, this was their mistake, so I reached out to customer service. I was helped by maksimhc at their domain address. We traded emails back and forth several times as he attempted to get accurate measurements. Once we agreed on measurements (all of which were essentially the same except the sleeve and pant legs measurements were now shorter), they now tell me they cannot get the costume to me in time for Halloween! Even though I ordered well in advance on August 14!!! I agreed to send the costume back, figuring that if they fixed it, I could wear the costume for Halloween 2023.
The costume they sent didn’t match my original measurements. If they had sent the costume sized to fit my original measurements, I could have gotten the costume to work.
#simcosplay couldn’t replace my defective costume, so I had to return it for a refund. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even send a shipping label for the return even though it was their fault. As per maksimhc’s request I shipped the item back at a cost of $114. 9 months later, I received the costume back unchanged. According to the markings on the box, the box made it all the way to china only to have Simcosplay refuse to accept delivery. So I am out the $436 I paid for the costume and I am out the $114 used to ship the item to China. I have had better experiences with other costumers in China, and I will be sure to use them and avoid #simcosplay in the future.

"My son received his Spiderman suit and…"
My son received his Spiderman suit and right out of the bag one of the eye pieces was broken in half. When we decided to just try it on and see if we could fix the eye socket, the zipper pulled off. Tried reaching out to the "service" department and they are trying to tell me it's because the suit is too tight..Won't answer on how to get a new suit or even just an apology for subpar work. Definitely not recommending. And yes I did supply photos of everything to them.

"Good Quality/ Place Your Order Early"
I was nervous ordering from this company, and even more nervous when I didn't see it being shipped for more than an week after purchase. I contacted customer service, which responded quickly with when it would be shipped. I bought the Star Trek Strange New Worlds Nurse Chapel costume. It arrived in time for my event, 17 calendar days (13 business days) after purchase. I was impressed with the quality of the costume, the fabric is thick, although it is slightly translucent due to the white color. I was relieved it fit almost perfectly. I picked a size based off the measurement chart, and the fit was true to the chart. I ran a 15k race in it with no issues. I washed it in cold water and hung it to dry, and it looks just as good as new.

"Don’t buy anything from this website!"
My Clea cosplay pilled between the legs, on the sleeves and on several other parts, after just wearing it twice. I’d attach photo evidence if I could. I tried to explain the situation and ask for a refund but they refused. Their customer service is as bad as their cosplay items.

"Do NOT get tailored cosplays from this site!"
I ordered a custom tailored kate bishop costume from them and it came in completely different measurements than I had sent them. When emailing them to try and fix what was wrong they just kept telling me I sent in the wrong measurements so of course it wouldn't fit me, despite the fact that the costume didn't even fit the measurements I sent in when I measured them myself. They are offering a $30 refund out of an almost $300 order and are asking me to pay them an extra $20 to fix the pants because I "sent the wrong measurements"

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Cons play came with marks and notations all over it as if it was made from scrap material. Tried to return the parcel twice and it was sent back but now they have ghosted me and are refusing to give me a refund.
