"Don’t waste your money buying from them"

Batman costume was horribly made. I bought the costume according to the website size guide. Costume came and fit horribly. Jumpsuit was so small it was inappropriate to wear out because of how it fit. None of the Velcro actually closed around my arms or forearms. The mask was so big I had to pin it in the back to even see. On top of all that the customer service when I contacted them about the costume was horrible. They provided no help and just kept asking me my size to see if I bought the right one. I’m 6’ and weigh 205 lbs. I bought an XL. The costume was meant for someone 5’8” and 165lbs.

I ordered a Captain America suit and followed the sizing chart listed on the Simcosplay.com website. When the suit finally arrived, several pieces were smaller than what I purchased. They sent the pants the correct large size, but the main top and boot leggings came in small sizes. It appears as if they pieced my order together just to make a sale. The main suit was two sizes to small and couldn’t even Velcro on. The boot leggings and straps are very cheap and came broken. VERY CHEAP QUALITY. Buyer beware. Customer Service is nonexistent. I attempted to contact them and sent pictures to them to show the measurements of what I received. They did nothing to correct the issues. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered a batman costume from this company on October 5th and it is now the 27th and I have tried to get in contact with this company and they barely respond to my emails and they said that my package is at my local USPS but when I called they said It has never arrived and I paid for the 3-5 day shipping so now I'm out 110 dollars and no costume I will not be ordering from this company again. Hopefully I can get a refund or they can find my package before Halloween I'm very upset

Ordered the Captain America Endgame costume on Oct 11th. On Oct 19th they responded to my inquiry about an update, sent the wrong tracking but eventually sent the tracking for my package. It has now been 3 days since I was told FedEx has the package but I confirmed with FedEx they do not; only the shipping information has been sent to them. Simcosplay has been unresponsive to email inquiries since the 19th. FedEx is still waiting for the package but the other tracking number that they gave me shows the package is already in the states, leading me to believe Simcosplay has lost my actual package and trying to keep my money as well. Hopefully PayPal can assist in getting a refund from this shady company.

I ordered a 3-5 rush shipping and it still hasn't gotten here and they said that it was shipped to the us to contact USPS and when I contacted them they said the order never came to the united states and their phone number doesn't work and they rarely email back so how do I get in contact with them?

I ordered the Batman 2022 costume, or known as dark knight 2022. I was measured beforehand and was sized right at the tip of the large size on their size chart. After reading reviews about sizing issues I went up a size. The costume is still way to small and doesn't fit. The accessories are so small they don't even fit around me.

When I attempted to reach out about these issues I was told only I could send it back for a refund minus the shipping fees and per their policy I would have to pay to return it.

That cost would have been 320 dollars which is more than I paid for the costume.

They sent the wrong size costume and they put that burden on me to fix. On top of that the stitching is horrible, several areas have fraying and loose string and fabric just shredding off in several areas. The crotch zipper is at my stomach and isn't at all where it's supposed to be.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are frauds who will take your money and send you a sub par costume that will be the wrong size. Then charge you again to try and get a new one. I paid 300 for a costume I can't wear and this company's "customer service" has been very poor with communication only asking my sizes and telling me the costume they sent was correct and would fit me.

I ordered the Captain America Endgame costume but required the tailoring option. I’m 6’1”, 220lbs, with large shoulders and narrow waste. When it finally arrived the vest would not Velcro it was so small. The latex helmet came with a permanent crease on the top, one boot cover have no strap, the waist and back belts were too short, the pants had a flimsy snap that pops too easily, and 4 of the 6 straps that go with the boot covers were 3 inches too long. The remade the Vest with more should room but the same tight waist. Communication was good while redoing the vest but now that I want a refund, they have gone silent. Stay away from this company.

for all of the people who write one star reviews and future readers, there are a few things that these people probably didn't see when ordering their costumes. the size charts. these are important if you want to get the right size costume, for example, my brother is 6'4" and he would usually get large clothing. what we have to remember is that these clothes come as two seperate objects, not as a suit. and not all people who wear large shirts are going to get a large costume when ordering a fully fused piece of clothing. just read the size charts please before you complain about sizes, it tells you what sizes are what lengths.

Ordere a size Large costume. What I received is closer to size Small. Far too short by 4-5 inches. Seller located in China, demanding I pay $120 return shipping fees and exchange. Currently disputing charges with our credit card company. Seller never even sent order confirmation as reference. Very shady, and hiding behind international laws. Stay away!
