"Excellent Customer Service "

Smart Energy Homes fitted a new heating system with solar panels and air source heat pump into my brother's home under the Welsh government scheme.
Sadly, due to ill health, the house is being sold. Karen French in Customer Service has been extremely helpful, answering all sorts of technical and other enquiries quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended

I can't thank Rhys the plumber and the rest of the team enough. Absolutely professional, friendly and totally focused on doing the best job with as little mess and disruption as possible. The heating system is in, we're as warm as toast and as pleased as can be.
Rhys took the time to explain how the system worked in simple terms, checked that we were happy and left the place clean and tidy. Brilliant!

Great company. Shane Mike and Tony insulated my home. They were an amazing team. Hardworking professional and nothing was too much trouble. They were punctual and tidy. Other team members included the plumbers and electricians who were equally as good. The insulation has made a difference to my home and was warmer over the winter.

"Internal Insulation Team"

The full Installation is still in progress but just wanted to give a early shout out to the initial work done by the internal insulation team, Tony, Shane, and Michael, who have a done a really great job.
The installation of the internal insulation took longer than anticipated, but that was more to do with our location and getting materials to and from the house, but the team took it in their stride with care and good humour.

Daniel worked really hard all week - his work was excellent and he had a good eye for detail so all the finishes are of a high standard. Best of all he cleaned up really wel! He consulted me about things so that he was sure I would be happy with what he was handing. Very happy with the end result. House is toasty warm and it was all free!
