From the moment Smart Energy Homes made contact they have been nothing but Professional , Friendly and thorough with their guidance and planning of every step during the process a big thanks goes to Christian, Gary and especially Neil Llewellyn.

Big shout out to Luke the plumber who spotted we had a gas leak in the property with seconds of entering the house. 👏👏

But the biggest round of applause has to go to Jacob and Owen who are an absolute pair of diamonds. From the moment they stepped through the front door they have been nothing but professional, respectful and caring during every minute they have been there. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they have included us in every decision that has had to be made. They don’t half throw a shift into the working day and couldn’t do enough for us. I was worried due to work commitments that I wouldn’t be able to move the furniture around to free up space for them to work in - they did it all for us even though they are not there for that but like I said the most helpful tradesmen I have had in my house.

So if you are considering having any work done by Smart Energy Homes - I would snap their hands off and a little tip —- ask if you can have Jacob and Owen to to carry out the work.

" Smooth operation"

Expert tradespeople with knowledgeable and attentive project management and support team. The process of installation was efficiently carried out, given more time I may have requested a tweak or two as is always the case with any works large or small. Am yet to fully winter test the system but this is huge improvement on what I had before. So far operation has been smooth and bills have reduced. Overall, delighted.

Hannah and Steve were fantastic from start to finish. I had wall insulation, solar panels, trickle vents and an air source heat pump installed and it's made a significant positive difference to my home! Very grateful and would highly recommend.

Everyone involved with the work were good, very pleasant and helpful. Wayne and Cain carried out the installation and were excellent. Everyone that came cleaned up after them but it was a messy job and anyone having the work done needs to be aware of this. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

From the initial assessment, survey, locking off the radiators & other things too numerous to mention, the Smart Energy Team have been first rate with special commendation to the plasterers Merik & Greshan. They were diligent in their work, professional, thoughtful & respectful of my home.
One word of caution, the work is intensive & disruptive but necessarily so. However, the team cleaned up really well after themselves. I had to tell myself not to look & to trust the process and I was not disappointed.
I cannot speak highly enough of this Company & would recommend them.

"Easy five star - Paul and Ross were brilliant"

We have had Paul and Ross in our home this week and we only have positive things to say. They are two of the most hardworking people we’ve ever met and having had a really bag experience with a contractor at our caravan recently, our experience with Paul and Ross couldn’t have been any more different.

They are lovely blokes and did their job without any fuss or encouragement. They got on with the job and were efficient with their time.

They were clean, tidy and did the job perfectly. The finish on the plaster was professional and to a high standard.

Most importantly, they explained everything and kept us well informed on what to expect day to day. Hugely reccomend and we are grateful for the work they conducted.
