Kian & Tom who work for Lewis’ team. They’re just great. Have I been really stressed with what happened at my home whilst having the insulation done and these boys have rectified some of the problems to a very high standard. I can’t thank them enough. Had the team from smart energy homes doing internal wall insulation in my house this week,, what can I say the internal wall insulation blokes where very professional and did a fantastic job 5* I would like to mention there names ( Jacob and Owen) If going to have this job done I would ask for these 2 top class work and very clean and tidy 👍 and house lovely and warm now they explained everything they done in get detail,,if you are reading this I would highly recommend 2 get this done if house is cold like mine was

I’ve had the pleasure of Paul (Dai) and Ross installing my internal wall insulation this week. The work has been completed to a high standard and in such great time.
Both Dai and Ross have communicated expectations with me regularly and made sure I felt looked after throughout!
I’m so happy with how things have been left at the end of each day and don’t feel like this process has been as disruptive as I’d expected.

" Pleased with the end result"

The four stars represent the overall experience and final result of the insulation and heating work done in our home. To the coordinators Hannah and Steve, I would award a solid 5 stars. Nothing was too much trouble and always there with help and advice. Other commendable parties were Vern, the plumber - a true craftsman. Also the people from Natural spark Electrical, who were very efficient and helpful, and the two guys who did the solar panel installation, a truly amazing performance! At the other end of the scale, we had the the insulation guys. One of them had a bad attitude and to say the least, their working methods and finished results were sloppy. The worst part was the lack of rubbish collection for discarded building materials. After three weeks, you could not with any degree of safety get in through our front gate and there was even rubbish on our neighbour's front parking area! For health and safety reasons, I had to halt all work until it was cleared. But yes, we are pleased with the end result and the added insulation makes the house noticeably warmer. The jury is still out on the heat pump performance. On 'normal' chilly days, the system provides enough gentle heat. But during recent 'Storm Bert' we had to turn off half the radiators and hole up in just a couple of rooms to keep warm... and we live in the warmer SW and didn't even get any snow.

Tom and Cian did a marvellous job. Completed in four days as promised. The installation is great! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Very friendly and polite. Left the house clean as expected.

Sine the intallation I have noticed a massive difference in heat retention which will lead to lower bills.

Outstanding service, Craig, Max, Daniel were absolutely amazing, understanding of personal circumstances to health issues in the house and worked round this, very polite and knowledgeable in what they were doing, talked through everything with us, approachable and friendly very tidy and professional excellent service and work would highly recommend.
