Our umrah trip went smoothly and as planned with the help of brother M Usman. Transfers were on time and all bookings was as expected. Great service and he helped along the way and kept in contact for any updates. Definitely recommend.

I used Abdul for transport for my umrah from Madinah airport to Madinah hotel and then Madinah to Mecca and lastly from Mecca to Jeddah Airport. All Transport drivers and vehicles were fairly new and clean. Drivers were very helpful and kind. Would recommend to everyone!!

Service was good. There were a few issues but the agent, Abdul Ahad was very helpful in resolving. My Makkah hotel got double booked but we got upgraded for free to a 5 star hotel.

Package was spot on, 5 star Pullman zam zam in clock tower
I got everything as per iternary no issues.
My agent was Abdul Ahad and was always available for after service
Excellent 5 start hotel in clock tower with great price would deffo use him again

I booked again for Ramadan Umrah 2025. The last 10 nights amazing experience of Ramadan last ashura Umrah. Alhamadullah.
The package I booked this time included a trip to Dubai and Jeddah, amazing places.
I received everything as per internary no issues only a minor one in Jeddah which was resolved promptly.

"I had a terrible experience with this…"

I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid the full amount for my Umrah package three months before my travel date, yet they failed to apply for my visa on time. Despite repeatedly reminding them, they kept falsely reassuring me that everything was in order. At the last minute—on my day of travel—they admitted that the visa hadn’t been applied in time for and demanded more money to cancel the Umrah package and only rebook my flights to my home country.

Their lack of knowledge and experience regarding Umrah packages and visa rules was shocking. I ended up applying for a visa on arrival myself and got it within five minutes. Throughout the process, they caused me immense stress, ignored my messages and calls, and were completely unprofessional not admitting their fault .

I wouldn’t use their services again, even if they offered me a free package. They lure customers in with low prices, only to demand extra money later to change travel dates. Avoid them at all costs!

Hamaz Abbas was very patient and answered all my concerns/questions. He called me with updates and to make sure I had received emails and WhatsApp messages.
