"Distintas calidades de extensiones y mal adhesivo"

He realizado dos pedidos a esta empresa el primero me pareció que las extensiones tenían una calidad aceptable (Virgin hair) aunque con los lavados esa calidad va desapareciendo debido al producto que trae inicialmente que también va desapareciendo. Mi sorpresa vino con el segundo pedido, en el cual la calidad de las extensiones no se parecía nada a la primeras y realicé el mismo pedido y las mismas extensiones. Tampoco su adhesivo tiene muy buena calidad. Yo siempre se lo quito y le pongo uno de mejor calidad que compro en otro sitio.

I don’t leave reviews on anything. But I’ve been buying the tape-ins for about 6 months now. These are the BEST. My hairstylist has gotten some for me from a different company before. Nothing compares to these Ugeat. They don’t ruin my hair like other brands. Also, you should move them up about every 6 weeks. And I went 12 weeks in between appointments. I can’t say enough about this company. I will only buy from them.

"This is the first time I buy Ugeat hair…"

This is the first time I buy Ugeat hair from their website, and we choose their Virgin Hair, I have been using this hair for nearly five months, and I have replaced several replacement tapes. I haven’t had any serious tangling problems yet, but I don’t expect much for the service life of the hair extension, so overall I am very satisfied.

"Be aware, scammers!! Fake hair"

They send you horrible quality, totally different color than advertised from China! Not even from the US. It's all fake hair. I sell human hair for 12 years and never had worse hair than this! I had to contact my credit card company to get money back, they ignore u! Stay far far away!

I got this store from my hairstylist, this is my first try. I am so excited when I received my hair because it is so thick!!! I have been cheated several times of the picture of some online sellers, But, this hair is exactly the same as the picture! And the shipping is sooo fast. I love this compeny!！

"They are scammers and they ripped me off twice and now my wedding is ruined!"

I placed an order in December and when nothing was delivered I contacted them and have been getting a run around by customer service who not only has been refusing to refund my money back but they also lied to me multiple times saying that if I ordered something from them again they would send me two free packs of hair to replace the two packs I already paid for and never received but they also said that I would have free shipping no matter how much the new order was going to cost and stupidly I actually believed them after lots of emails back and forth and multiple reassurances and promises from the customer service people... I ordered again only after they said that I could choose which 2 packs from their clearance items I was supposed to receive and We agreed which ones I was supposed to get. Then after spending even more money they said that I was supposed to go ahead and order it and then they were supposed to repay me for the shipping( lies ) and right afterwards they started saying that they couldn’t offer me free shipping due to my location which they had known the entire time and then they started saying they were sending me 2 random packs of hair instead of what we had picked out! So to confirm that I went on the site and checked to see if the one was sold out because they had previously told me that they couldn’t send me two of that kind because they only had one left so I had to get a different kind to go with the one I wanted, and when I checked they weren’t sold out! So I had spent my birthday emailing back and forth again with them only to have them constantly lie about everything that they had already said and promised me and so now I’m out even more money then before and it looks like I’m still not getting what I wanted and have paid for TWICE!! And now they just ignore me when I show them their own messages and the promises that they made and they refuse to send me back my money for the first order that they now say they can’t send me because of the price they can’t give it away for free!(even though I’ve already paid for it so it’s not free it’s exactly the same price as the order that I paid for and never got) they are nothing but scammers and I wish I would’ve done more research and never ordered from them the first time or at least I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and I wish I didn’t fall for their lies a second time because I didn’t need to lose over $200 when all I wanted was hair to wear on my wedding day( I had lost most of my hair a year ago from an attack by an abusive ex so I really needed that order to try to feel pretty on my big day!😢😔🤬 ) and now I can’t afford to try and get more and risk getting ripped off again!!!! This is the only time I will ever get married and they have ruined something and made it so I don’t know how to handle it I’m devastated and shocked that people can be so evil and how a company that seems so popular can so easily rip people off and get away with it! It’s not right and they should be shut down!!

Sold me faulty microloop extensions and as a qualified hair extensionist I contacted them to request a refund or to resolve issue. I was basically told tough luck we say they're ok so you're stuck with them, absolutely rubbish hair and the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! AVOID!!! Scammers!
