“I placed an order with Ugeat Hair and didn’t receive it for 2–3 weeks. I tried reaching out to customer service but initially got no response, which was frustrating, especially since I had ordered from them before and was always very satisfied. After a few messages, they finally responded, apologized, and informed me that the hair was out of stock. Although I didn’t receive my hair when I needed it, they still made it right in the end by sending me a replacement at no additional charge. I guess everyone can make a mistake, but what matters is how they handle it—thank you for making it right!”

"Disappointing Experience – Misleading Stock & Poor Communication"

I ordered hair extensions from this retailer on January 27th, expecting delivery within their stated 3-6 business day guarantee. It’s now been 12 days, and I still haven’t received my order.

After having to chase this myself and reaching out to customer service (on a number of occasions) I was informed today that none of the three variations I ordered were actually in stock -yet payment was still taken. This is completely unacceptable. If an item is out of stock, it should not be advertised as available on the website, and customers should not be charged for something the company cannot fulfill.

Because of this, I now won’t have the hair I needed for my birthday on Saturday, leaving me out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I’ve also lost a non refundable deposit for hair appointment which I will now have to cancel. I didn’t preempt having to wait 3 weeks for delivery.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor stock management. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their processes. Totally unprofessional.

The hair seems good but I ordered a two toned blond. When my hairdresser opened it to look it turned out that one of the two colors was in fact a pink.(and apparently it's very hard to color pink hair.) We put it right back and I emailed them to find out how to return it and get blond. They wrote back more than a day later and are telling me because the golden ties which just kept them neatly closed were open led I can't return and said sometimes the lighting in the pic is different than the actual hair. If it were a slightly different tone of blond I would understand - but pink is a very different thing. The hair hasn't been used and is in perfect shape and now I'm stuck with pink hair that I won't use because I'm not a pink hair girl. Nothing against pink haired girls but it just isn't me.
