I have purchased several different extensions from this website and have never been disappointed. The quality of the hair is always amazing, so soft and silky!! Costumer service is also amazing, they are always respondent to any questions or concerns you have. Don’t hesitate, buy this brand!!

"RIPPED OFF, DON'T BUY"

I bought a hair extension and it was nothing as they promised on their website so after emailing them I PAID and returned the product. All new except I had to open and check the hair which I explained in the email. They keep the money and the hair. I can't even comprehend how they keep the returned hair and my money. I got ripped off my money and will tell everyone not to buy from them. The product they sent me was nothing like they promised. We can't just let these things happen again and again...we have to do something about it. Trust should be built to be in business with people.

Customer service is big for me and you guys do great at that. Hair quality is one of my favorite, but i wish your tape in are a little mire thicker. I understand your grams etc but either way you can do better! Tapes are my favorite never disappoints! Thank you

"Bad quality"

the hair is extremely dry, it tangles without stopping. they should be brushed at least 10 times a day. with each brushing a lot of hair falls out. At this rate, I won't be able to wear the extensions for just one week. I have thick hair, usually 200gr is enough for my tape in extensions, Ugeat hair is so thin that even 250gr is not enough for me. Don't waste your money on them or buy elsewhere. the hair is the worst quality i have bought. It is clearly made in China.
