I had ordered the "Full Cuticle Virgin Hand-tied Hair Extensions Real Human Hair Balayage #3/8/22" and was very satisfied. I have some warmer tones mixed in with my blondes and didn't want to bleach my hair to be super blonde as I was having hair breakage issues due to pregnancy I was very hesitant and I didn't want anything heavy bc I get headaches so bad and I was unsure how well they would match my hair. I decided to order and so far I've had the same set in since May and I'm very satisfied..they're lightweight and they feel so good! My stylist was even surprised at how good they look and how good they still feel! I don't normally use heat on my hair other than a hair dryer and curled them a couple times(make aure to use heat protection!! It works wonders!) .. I put my hair in a braid or low pony tail at night also and have a special oil I use and redken is my shampoo and conditioner I use also.
I'm very satisfied with my purchase !!

Cabe resaltar que al retirarlas de mi cabello el mío estaba sano y super largo.
Amo este cabello su calidad es increíble jamás compraría otra marca el trato de la compañía es maravilloso y la presentación de las extensiones son de lujo. Lo cual me llena de seguridad de que si son buenas.

"Color is off"

I ordered a hair topper, brown balayage, the photo showed dark ash brown on top. The hair was red and there's no way I can blend that color into my hair. I have to pay a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost to mail it back.

Update: they offered me a full refund without the restocking fee. The customer service was decent. Had to pay shipping but that's true of most places for hair piece returns.

Hair came in just a couple days of ordering. Beautiful box with white blond nano rings and a bonus pack of tape-ins which was a big surprise. Info pamphlet to take care of extensions is super helpful and the hair is super soft and thick. Will definitely order again!
