Awesome product! My hair was breaking off due to overprocessing and was looking very thin. The color is beautiful. The wave is stunning and is totally worth the wait. It blends perfectly with my hair and has added a beautiful full body look. The extensions will protect my hair as it grows out.

So my review is mixed. We went back and forth for weeks trying to pick the right colour. I unfortunately had to change my original order due to a colour change by my stylist, and then she went on holiday for a couple weeks and so had to wait for her to get me in to finish colour matching. However this was sorted, picked my colours and asked specifically for my one choice to match the second. Colours arrived yesterday. First two were great. Gorgeous colour. The third is way off. Muddy and a very thin sparse weft. Weighed and does not match the weight advertised either. Sent email stating there was an issue. Response said just don’t cut the weft. Confirmed I did not. Asked for solution. Was told because gold thread was removed there was none. In weeks of correspondence this was not relayed to me. There is nothing in their shipping pack that states this either. I guess the take away is customer service is great until you get the product and then you are on your own lol.

This is a great company. Very fast to respond to any concerns or comments. I got hair extensions and they are the best ones I have got. I will be ordering from them again.

Wow. I wore a synthetic topper for a long time, and was finally sick of how it got so gross after a couple months. I took a chance and ordered a topper from UgeatHair and I’m really impressed. I did buy some clip in extensions because I wanted enough volume, and I only need to use half of one package. I am only disappointed I didn’t find them sooner!

Long story short: I fried my actual hair and my hairdresser said "no bleach for six months." I bought a cheap hair topper off Amazon to get me through the dark days (hahaha). I loved it so much that I did some quick girl math (I'm not getting highlights for x months at x dollars) and decided I DESERVED a real hair version so I splurged. Well, words cannot describe how awful this thing was. It was supposed to be ombre/balayage blonde, but it was nearly black roots and muddy ends--it almost looked dip-dyed. It was thin and limp and there was literally a layer of broken hair all around the top. (I have photos but there's no way to upload them here.) There were less than five minutes between my delivery confirmation and my request to return it; keeping it wasn't even a faint option. Customer service was prompt and polite--they offered me $20 to keep it hahahahaha. (The topper was $250) After a few back and forths, they agreed I could return it for a refund "minus a 15% fee UNLESS IT WAS A QUALITY ISSUE." I sent them photos and assured them it was definitely a quality issue. Well, I returned the thing and they "determined" that there were no issues (!) and kept the 15%.

From their email: "We just got feedback and the hair has been checked and there are no issues. Regarding your question "There is a layer of broken hair around the entire thing", since our hair topper is single drawn, in order to be more natural, the hair has been processed to a certain extent, so there will be a little short hair. The production process can also effectively prevent hair from falling out. Our quality problems refer to hair falling out and knotting, etc., so we cannot provide you with a full refund, please understand."

In the end, they were polite and responsive and I did get 85% of my money back which is better than nothing... but obviously I don't recommend buying from Ugeat to say the least.

I absolutely love my hair extensions from Ugeat! I ordered clip-ins and a halo for an excellent price. I like to group them for that extra volume. I feel so confident and beautiful when I see my beautiful brown extensions in my head. I would definitely recommend this site and hair extensions!
