"Amazing extensions"

Amazing extensions! I’ve had my tape ins since September 2021 and it’s now November of 2022 and they are still just and soft and thick. They have started to shed a little but they’re also 14 months old!

Terrible Hair terrible service they flat out called me a liar and said it wasn’t their hair that was dried up as soon as I washed it once it was not Virgin hair I thought with them for a couple of months they did not believe me very unsatisfied

"Absolutely false advertising and terrible service "

Absolutely false advertising. The worst cheap hair and the weight accuracy is way off. Typically a bundle is 100g , but not this… your lucky to get 10grams a piece.the hair is thin, cheap and not accurate. The reviews on their site are paid, cuz there is no way they are 5 stars…
I paid $500 for literally a dolls head worth, and now they are not accepting my emails to get a refund
I should of read more reviews on other sites, cuz these are the worst

After reading the reply I laugh, I took them out immediately and threw them away. Rigorous testing??? Quality hair?? How??
They were gross, tangled and literally so thin I was embarrassed to have them. I ended up going thru a trusted vendor and 5 months later, I’m still thrilled with my other hair. I’d never ever use these guys… customer service 5 months later? Nah

"BUYER BEWARE"

This hair and company is absolute GARBAGE! I requested a return/refund and sent them a picture of the return label with the address they provided. The return was recieved and signed for. The customer service department is now say they did not recieve the return and that "it was sent to the wrong address" because the delivery city was Hacienda Heights and not City of Industry. I let them know that Hacienda Heights and City of Industry share the same zipcode and that the package was in fact delivered to the correct address. They were refusing to give me my refund because they couldn't find the package. After 5 days of going back and forth through email, I called my bank and disputed the charge. This has been an absolute nightmare!

If I could leave a zero I would. This is the worst company I have ever purchased a product from, like ever. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. They are basically refusing to give me any money back on products that I didn’t even take out of the package. The product quality was poor I didn’t even remove them from the packaging and sent them back. They claim they did not receive my return. However, they shipped me another product so they wouldn’t have to refund my money. I do not want the damn product. I am livid. Do not order from this company. It is a fraud!!!!!!

I have used extensions from the highest quality, most expensive brands for over 10 years! I just wanted to try clip ins for once to give my hair a break and missed having fuller hair, so I found Ugeat and read reviews, the bad ones made me weary but I ordered anyway based on the good reviews! I can say I am highly impressed from beginning to end, my order arrived 2 days before schedule, with constant notifications on where the package was! The hair is soft and well sewn in, the clips are stable and I was able to curl them at 160 degrees celsius perfectly! I am impressed with the price for the quality hair you are receiving and hope anyone considering ordering from them has just as much a good experience as I have had!

I got the 24” ombre from black to blonde and honestly this is the only company I have found that offers that colour combo, the blonde isn’t grey but proper milkshake blonde and blends beautifully! For clip ins I 100% recommend! Thank you Ugeat, keep improving and giving us such good quality hair and you’ll have loyal customers!

"I’ve actually ordered two different…"

I’ve actually ordered two different sets of clip in extensions for my upcoming wedding next February. I first ordered the Black with silver (grey) balayage clip ins. I went to my hair stylist with them and she loved them! My natural hair is black and we don’t want to damage my hair by bleaching it to add sliver/grey. So my stylist recommended I get some black ones as well so we can layer them to make it all look natural. So far I love both sets!! My hair feels so full, everything looks natural. I love clip ins because they don’t damage my real hair.

"LOW QUALITY & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Ho acquistato solo 50 grammi di quella che loro vendono come migliore qualità, capelli vergini in sottile trama rilegata con seta
PESSIMI. Palesemente decolorati, cuticole rovinate , ciocche spezzate , punte vuote e il colore NON COME IN FOTO. Assistenza clienti maleducata, ho aperto la scatola per mostrare in foto cosa non mi piaceva per chiedere il reso , NON ME L HANNO VOLUTO FARE e facevano finta di non capire .
Inoltre i capelli arrivano dalla Cina e non dalla California come voglion farci credere . Sono capelli cinesi proveniente da più donatori e tagliati a chissà qualche povera anima prigioniera nei loro campi di lavoro.
Pessimi , lascerò recensione in ogni social network perché un comportamento simile non me lo aspettavo.
