"Blue NRG supporting farming"
Willoway Farming was established three and a half years ago, and we used a broker to organise our electricity retailer. The broker has disappeared, but we are still with Blue NRG. Their customer support team has been exceptional, assisting us in the provision of economically priced power to our 80 NMI sites across South Australia and New South Wales. As a farming business we use plenty of power for shearing, irrigation and other activities. Blue NRG has remained price sensitive in the current market, worked with us in changing over to Smart Meters, and is currently developing a new model to reduce complexity for the payment of multiple invoices. It is our decision to continue using them as a power supplier into the future.

With rising electricity costs we contacted various electricity providers for pricing. The contact at Blue NRG, Frank Romania, was extremely helpful, professional and quick to respond to my various queries. Having a person to discuss our power needs was a deal breaker for us moving to Blue NRG, along with the better pricing.

"billing enquiy for National Energy Bill Relief program"
we are one of the small business client with BlueNRG. The latest invoice told us that we have $487.5 for the National Energy Bill Relief program. As I know the maximum amount granted should be $650, we have created the billing enquiry ticket on 30 Apr 2024. It said someone will contact us within 5 business days. Oh 10 days already, no one reach us. I have email a few times, no reply as well.
