"LOVE all things ju-ju-be"
I just got back from a trip and used all of my ju-ju-be bags, so I had to write a review! I LOVE these bags so much!! I started using them when I needed a diaper bag for my baby and have been hooked every since! Now I use their tote bags, duffel bags, wallets - you name it- we have it! They are so durable and washable- last forever! All of my extended family has fallen in love with the bags also. The online ordering process is easy and it is shipped directly to me in no time at all! I highly recommend these bags to anyone who wants stylish, durable, comfortable, amazing bag, backpack, luggage, and of course- amazing diaper bags!!

Love love love the bags. The new Ever bags are so beautiful. It was tough to choose just one. I bought the Everyday Tote in Brule and have had tons of compliments. It really is the perfect bag. The ordering process was easy and my product shipped quickly. Will for sure buy from them again!

Love the bag, the Be Set has got to be the best and most versatile piece for my own use. I also love the sporty for packing my toddler's needs. Switching between Hobobes and Superbes for my work bag, love them both!! One thing tt could improve might me durability? I've been through so many bags because of wear and tear, the pricing cannot really justify this...
Sometimes delivery takes too long and Customer service do not give timely responses or proper updates.. But I love how Joe and Taylor always try to their best to make customers happy despite the delivery and service shortfalls so im still supporting with my love for the bags!

"Shady company, erases bad reviews so consumers don't know the truth"
I ordered during the warehouse sale. Like everyone else, we didn't get any communication that it'd take so long, etc etc. They took our money, didn't respond to tickets, it goes on. The cherry on top was I received the WRONG bag 5 weeks later and had to wait another 5 days to get the correct one. I also had to spend time to go to the PO and return the wrong one.
But I think the worst part is actually this - I noticed all the bad reviews on Facebook, and I followed them because I was seeing if those people had any new updates. I went back to FB the other day, and Ju-Ju-Be had WIPED OUT all their reviews. So basically they are trying to cover up and are super shady. It made me wonder if this was actually not the first time something like this happened and I had just never seen any other reviews because they would periodically wipe them out.

"Pretty good bags, terrible delivery time"
I am disappointed that I can only find a way to review the company and not the bag itself. I ordered a Be Classy - Providence bag and I love it to a point. The side pockets which say they hold bottles don't fit an 8 oz Dr Browns bottle. There should be a warning or make the bag slightly taller. I probably would have ordered a bigger bag if I knew my bottles wouldn't fit. Because of that, I would give the bag 4 stars. I ordered during a massive sale and then didn't get my order for over a month. I had to keep emailing them asking for updates. I am glad this wasn't time sensitive, but I expected more communication then was given.

"Very disappointing experience"
I ordered a BRB and Minibe for myself and my son for use on a vacation. The BRB arrived two days after we RETURNED from our trip, and the Minibe arrived TWO WEEKS after we returned from our trip. I ordered them THREE WEEKS before we needed them, but we got caught up in the warehouse sale chaos. Incredibly disappointing experience. Communication was terrible, as was customer service. I wanted to cancel the sale at one point, but worried I wouldn't receive my refund because everything was such a mess. The bags themselves are great, but not worth all of the hassle I went through to get them. I have bought many JJB bags and accessories over the years, but these will be my last.

"poor quality, warranty and customer service"
I received an all black BFF as a gift based upon my Friends personal experience using the bag. I’ve had it for a little over a year. It is showing fading in the corners and on the shoulder strap. I reached out to customer service twice (via email & phone) and was basically told too bad. Was told there fabrics exceed standards because they’re umbrella material and I should color in the faded areas with a black fabric marker. I was also told that because I live in a northern state, my bag must have uv damage bc this happens in cloudy places. I am a teacher with a child who stays home with my mother so the bag hardly leaves the house. So I basically have a $180 bag that doesn’t even last two years at light use. Obviously it is a very limited lifetime warranty. Don’t waste $180. You will need another diaper bag before your child is out of diapers.

"I ordered this bag and one other item…"
I ordered this bag and one other item and it took over a month for me to receive them. I even contacted the company and was told that they couldn't give me an idea on when the items would ship. Now that they've arrived, I need to return this bag (it's not quite big enough for all of the pump parts I will need to carry), and I haven't been able to get anyone to respond to me for over a week and a half. These bags are so cute and functional, but if you don't have quality customer service, you won't have return business. :(

I have a lot thing to say about it. First off, I have two star ,no to the product ,but the company, I ordered my BFF in a sale I had it for a decent price the shipping was horrible I waited a full month to received my bag never got a tracking number neither a arriving date, it was a ridiculous experience talking about shipping. Now the bag, I really love my bag ,good quality, beautiful pattern inside out I give 5 🌟 to the bag. But the company again horrible experience.
