Communication was a real let down for us. As first time buyers we hoped to be kept more in the loop but nothing seemed to move very quickly and then all of a sudden everything was required in a short space of time.

We did manage to get our keys so can't complain about that part but would have liked to be contacted by our conveyancer rather than needing to chase him and waiting days for a response.

Overall a positive experience. My contact did not usually return my calls but would email me in response. I did not have a printer so I had to have some documents sent via the post to sign and then post them back. The app should expand its features to include docusign or similar online signing app so that there is no delay for signatures.

I had a bit of a tricky Transfer of Equity as it involved someone who was overseas, and there were a few hold-ups relating to that, but our Conveyancer (Daryl Wyatt) was absolutely wonderful in helping to get everything sorted.

I had a lot of questions 'cause I really don't know what I'm doing with all this legal stuff, but Daryl was really on the ball with explaining things and helping me through - communication was really top notch.

The whole thing took a little while, but I knew going into it that I wasn't paying for the quickest service, and I was happy with that trade-off considering the cost of it was far more reasonable than any other quote I'd received.

All in all, everything was completed and I felt supported every step of the way, so I'd definitely look at using them again if I have any other conveyancing needs in the future.
