Unable to get down to my house due to an increase in the size of vehicle used , which had been possible on previous occasions
Then there was an issue with the automatic billing system and the credit for non collection and it took over 6 months to resolve.
However the lovely lady Eylem did finally resolve things and was super helpful (in the end!) so well done her.
