My salesman Jp Mitchell was very professional. He was willing to listen to my needs and wants. He was very educated about the product, he took time to explain in detail how to get the most out of my vehicle. There was no rush, he was very patient. I would definitely recommend Sherman Dodge because of the customer service of Jp Mitchell.

"Shermans does care about their customers!"
A quick update on my daughters problem with Shermans. She bought a washer and dryer on November 19. It hasn’t worked from day one multiple customer service people have been out ordered parts parts were put in dryer still doesn’t work. Roger at shermans has the only one that has been
nice and helpful. He finally arrange for another dryer to be delivered today and the outside of it is damaged mini scratches three different spots. The person that deliver it said yeah I know Customer Service will be in touch with you. Well that’s bad news because they’ve done nothing in a month, the customer service people have been extremely rude on the phone. Maybe Shermans should take back their customer service and not hire it out because it is terrible. So now it’s been close to a month and still no dryer supposedly the customer service rep very in a really snotty tone of voice that somebody will be out on Monday. Not only is the customer service terrible the people that are delivering the items should look at them before they deliver them. Maybe they’re the ones that are damaging the products my daughter paid $1600 for these appliances and we will never buy anything at Shermans again unless they make this right! It really doesn’t seem that hard to me. Considering all the time and trouble we’ve had from them you think a manager would go back inspect the dryer send it out and they would be done.

First time and last time in a Sherman's store we wanted to buy our appliances from a local company but the salesman was so rude and unpleasant we left there and went to lowes at lowes we had 2 very nice and professional salesman help with our needs.

save your money and go some where else where they actually have a customer service dept that gives a damn.
this is the 3rd and last time this lousy store has shafted me with their horrible customer service .
they sell you something that has been dropped numerous times and they won't bring a new item out on one of their regular deliveries instead you have to drive all the way back to get it your self .
my time is just as valuable as theirs so i shall not ever shop at their stores again and will tell all my friends what to expect when shop at shermans and it is not good

"Absolutely a horrible experience"
Absolutely a horrible experience. We spent $6,000 dollars on a sectional, range, washer, dryer, and deep freeze. The washer and dryer were both scratched up. The salesman that sold us the range said it would be delivered in two to three weeks. The guy that sold us the sectional would take 4-6 months. We got the sectional before the range. The range was made incorrectly. We called Sherman’s and they wanted to replace parts to make it better. We bought a brand new range but got a lemon. My fiancé and two year old got burned from it. We told them it was a safety hazard. They still wanted to piece it together with parts. Customer service treated my fiancé very poorly. They acted like they didn’t want to hear what she had to say. My fiancé ended up calling GE directly. They sent a tech and he deemed it to be non repairable. He said Sherman’s didn’t mark it as a safety hazard. He also said a lot of his service calls were to clean up Sherman’s messes. He stated that Sherman’s is the worst business to buy from. I will NEVER buy from Sherman’s again. I would highly recommend shopping anywhere but Sherman’s. They have low prices and salespeople that give you all their attention, but when you get your merchandise they don’t care whatsoever!

"Waited for part for defective…"
Waited for part for defective recliner:::: brand new...should have been in within 3 weeks. Took 4 months. Customer service was terrible. Hung up on my wife. Told us it was because of COVID 19. Was not! Found out that they did not order the proper part! Will never buy from Sherman’s ever again. All they had to do was tell the truth. We were a customer of theirs for 30 years. Never again! "Refused Sale to Previous Customer"
My wife and I were just starting to buy all our appliances here and were looking forward to becoming repeat customers. Sherman's would price match, had personalized sales and offered reasonable extended warranties. Like many, we live in a rural area surrounding Bloomington/Normal. Since our last purchase from Sherman's (side by side GE fridge) we were told that they have changed their delivery policy and radius. According to the map, we lived 'just outside' their delivery radius (by about 3 miles, seriously). We were wanting to buy a new fridge and a new upright freezer for our recently remodeled utility room. Salesman Tony said that Sherman's would not deliver the appliances beyond the radius range shown on the map, period, no exceptions. This is despite the fact that we were previous customers and they had delivered to us before. Tony was unmoved by our request to reconsider. He said sorry "company policy" and went back to his desk. My wife and I stood there dumbfounded at the fact that a company, that advertises personalized service and was so willing to work with us in the past (different salesperson), would refuse a reasonably large sale (two major appliances plus extended warranties) over such a small distance (three miles). To top it off, as a nice gesture, I offered to pay for their gas to deliver the few extra miles. Tony was indifferent and refused. It makes me wonder if they will honor the extended warranty on our previously purchased and delivered appliance, should it ever need it. Also, to add insult to injury, later we received a Christmas Card from Sherman's saying they were looking forward to doing business with us again! Sheesh!
Bottom line, we went to a competitor just down the road who matched the prices, had no problem with the delivery radius, and gave us a discount on purchasing two extended warranties to boot. They got the sale.
