The enter action with the rep was good. The only problem is to return calls is not a good communication system. The have no extensions to return calls and many of times those who’ve tried to find rep was unable to see who contacted you.

Representative refuses to ask simple questions such as where are the jobs? how much does the background check cost me? I Don't even know them and they immediately want to do a background check and get all your personal information.
