Thank you for renewing my car insurance. I had an email afterwards from you, and I looked at the policy document, but I was expecting to see the actual details of our car, our names and details, and the price which we paid today. Where do I find this?

I had to phone twice the first time I was cut off !! The young lady dis not seem to be up to speed !!! The second time I got a young male and he was very good no hassle at all !!! Last year when I bought my car and had to change details it was a pure hassle !!! Don't think I will renew with you again !!! Sorry

I was really pleased with the service. I didn't have to wait on hold for any length of time, then the adviser was really helpful and went out of her way to make sure that the policy was the right one for me and to get me the best price. Very impressive.

"Long wait on phone to talk about claims"

I think a ‘please’ might be nice in these instructions perhaps ? Thankyou . I find it quite easy to get through on the renewal number but have to wait ages on the claims number. It would be great if you could try and make it better than that . Thankyou .,

Thank you; you sent a reminder in good time and when I had not responded quickly you sent a new one while there was still time. I rang to ask about any less expensive options; Duncan managed to reduce the premium for the original offer and explained that a lower level of insurance would actually have been more expensive. He was unfailingly polite and patient.

"Frustrated"

As a customer,just looking,to renew my existing car insurance,it was extremely frustrating having to sit trough a programmed set of guestions by your employee.Would it not be better to train them in knowing when it's appropriate to stop the sales pitch,when all the customer wants is to renew their current insurance.Also, I'm still awaiting a hard copy, for my records, as promised by your employee.
